Collaborations and Releases with Dehen 1920, Freenote Cloth, and Andersen-Andersen

This week, we continue the big fall drops with a best-in-class selection of graduated garments, drawing inspiration from vintage sportswear, military uniforms, ranch life, and nautical duty for the modern wardrobe. From collegiate style in the backwoods to ranch work or sailing the high seas, these specialized forms have evolved beyond their original purposes, thanks to exceptional materials, refined proportions, and artisanal production.

Dehen 1920 brings a full collection of collaborations that mark a decade of custom developments with Division Road, while Freenote Cloth continues to advance its western-meets-workwear formula, and Andersen-Andersen delivers some of the finest heavy-duty naval knitwear in the world. With a cohesive palette of nature’s tones in richly textured, luxurious, and durable cloths, this release represents the top tier of heritage menswear, made for the peak of fall and many seasons beyond. We are honored to be the purveyors of these rare goods, designed to perform in their native environments while enabling a new level of novel style wherever life takes them.

Dehen 1920 x Division Road

In another all-star collaboration pack with Dehen 1920, we have a seasonal theme of turning back the clock, using archival cloths from Britain's best mills and applying them to American sportswear and military-inspired forms. For a decade, we have worked closely with Dehen to produce some of the finest and rarest outerwear and knitwear made in the United States, bringing our material-sourcing and design perspectives to a manufacturer already operating at the top of its craft.

This fall-winter, we've dialed it up a notch in some of our favorite formulas, beginning with a Varsity Jacket in an exclusive Fox Brothers® x Division Road Campfire Brown Plaid Twill Flannel, developed to reflect The Fields and paired with Antique Brandy Leather sleeves for a richly coordinated collegiate classic that will exist only in this singular edition. Another rare Fox Brothers cloth appears on the Weekender, a hybrid of flight bomber and gentleman's leisure jacket, using an early 1900s archival Clifton Check pattern in a luxurious Twill Tweed recipe for a statement piece that will enhance nearly any ensemble.

Enabled by Abraham Moon®, the Pilot Bomber arrives in an archival Heritage Overcoating cloth made from rare Donegal-spun Kilcarra Tweed yarns, featuring a variegated birdseye pattern that reflects the natural character of the local Shetland fleece. The vintage, flight-inspired form is refreshed with a worsted wool ribbed stand collar and a distinctive corozo-buttoned front placket, bringing sophisticated texture and detail to a military original. Our Skyline Overshirt follows in Moon's finest Merino Lambswool jacketing cloth, with a wide herringbone and subtle check pattern in Newcastle Grey, balancing a silky finish with outdoor durability in a refined, military-inspired shirt jacket.

Completing the assembly are two longstanding knitwear favorites: the Casual Cardigan in Dark Tan and our decade-old Shawl Cardigan collaboration in a new Fig Brown yarn. Both use our 3-End version of Dehen's signature worsted-wool knitting formula for substantial yet comfortable layering, proving that the best iterations of original sportswear staples can be evolved into modern heirlooms through superior materials, perfected fits, and legacy manufacturing.

Freenote Cloth

With inspirations as broad as the horizon, Freenote Cloth has an uncanny ability to blend cultural influences from the ranch, motorcycle shop, factory floor, and front lines into designs that transform familiar forms with layered character. Now one of the great success stories in American heritage manufacturing, Freenote continues to show that exceptional production is inseparable from thoughtful design, producing some of the finest denim and workwear goods in the United States.

This release introduces the Claypool Ranch Jacket in Tobacco Martexin Waxed Army Duck, an updated western classic with a structured, weather-resistant build, reinforced shoulders, and a corduroy collar that gives this all-season workhorse a distinct ranch-to-road personality. Another new design, the Valecito Jacket, brings shop-jacket utility into modern territory with a tailored fit and 15 oz. Japanese Black Sashiko Twill, featuring a tonal dobby-woven texture inspired by martial arts uniforms for a sophisticated style that belongs equally on stage or in the workshop. One of our internal favorites, the Mariner Light Jacket, returns in Stone Washed Tan Japanese Jungle Cloth, a 13 oz. Bedford Corduroy Whipcord developed from military textile references for exceptional durability, flexibility, and protection from the elements.

Moving into shirting, the Western Scout arrives in Brown Shadow Plaid Japanese Cotton-Wool Brushed Twill, blending vintage cowboy details with a refined material and palette for everyday layering. The Jepson follows in two fabric expressions: Coal Mine Plaid Japanese Twill and River Blue Plaid Japanese Herringbone Flannel, each bringing unique textures, colors, and classic workwear forms to the seasonal rotation. Anchoring the release is the Wilkes Riders Western Straight in 15.75 oz. Black x Black Japanese Selvedge Denim from Kaihara Mills, featuring a custom 5 x 5 twill for a clean, substantial denim that will break in and evolve with wear. Together, these pieces show why Freenote remains a best-in-class American producer, where archival references and exceptional materials are adapted into goods with utility, character, and plenty of style.

Andersen-Andersen

The ranking captains of naval-grade knitwear, Andersen-Andersen, continue their pursuit of creating the finest seaworthy sweaters in the world, offering graduated versions of vintage maritime garments that somehow feel more timeless than the originals. The brand begins with the finest Patagonian Merino fleece, spun into an exclusively developed, extra-spun long-fiber yarn for unmatched density, durability, comfort, and weather-beating performance. These yarns are knitted in Italy using traditional methods, with each piece hand-linked and fully fashioned into a single garment designed for decades of duty.

This release features two iterations of the naval sweater, beginning with the Navy Full Zip Pocket in undyed Natural Taupe and classic Navy, crafted in a substantial 5-gauge full cardigan-stitch knit with functional pockets for the ultimate heavy-duty sweater jacket. The Sailor Full Zip offers a slightly lighter 7-gauge half cardigan-stitch knit in Tobak and Hunting Green, with a refined profile that transitions easily between outerwear and middle-layer applications. Both bring nautical utility to a distinguished modern wardrobe through natural palettes, exceptional comfort, and precise construction, making these seaworthy classics equally at home on deck, in the countryside, or by the fireplace, in ensembles made for a life well lived.
